I have had a couple of packs of Kimbo coffee but not this Kimbo Antica Tradizone; this is an amazing offering demonstrating master craftsmanship from southern Italy. It is a dark roast but handled so well that I am gifted with a lot of flavor straight out of my moka into my demitasse. If I didn't have to sleep at night, I'd be drinking this all day. Go ahead, treat yourself! Naples has well distinguished itself with this coffee.

Not impressed. Flavor barely. Crema good. The dark roasts I try all seem to be bitter and I'm not new to the game. I cannot seem to find the right balance in a bean no matter whose it is.
