Essse Caffe - Masini - Whole Bean Espresso - 2.2lb Bag

My friend in NJ recommended this bean specifically. He uses it in a manual restaurant quality espresso machine and won't use anything else. I recently purchased a De'longhi Eletta Explore and have been using several types of beans (Illy, Airship, Arsaga, and other local beans) but have not been thrilled with the taste in the blended drinks, plain espresso, or coffee (Eletta is an automatic machine that does all drinks imaginable) and was beginning to think I'd need help figuring out the grind or other tweaks just to get an enjoyable cappuccino in the morning. Seriously, I was getting bitter unenjoyable coffee and was starting to think it was the machine. This bean saved me from all that trouble!! No kidding, it makes a great espresso as well as a perfect regular coffee with no more adjustments needed. I'll stick with this bean from now on and get on the recurring order schedule. I've found perfection so no need to look elsewhere.
