This is a lovely coffee that produces the most beautiful crema with no extraordinary measures. It is simply a delight to drink as a double shot espresso. I also like Masini, whose flavor I give the edge to for a latte/capuccino. Thanks to Johnny, for the great advice. No baloney from Bologna.

I've tried the whole Essse Caffe line and like the Selezione best. It's a little pricey, so if that's an issue, you can't go wrong with any of their line.
